Reaching For Rainbows is looking to hire an experienced early childhood educator to join our dynamic team in our growing early learning and childcare programs. The successful candidate will: * have experience in a licensed early learning and care environment * preferably, have obtained a diploma in Early Childhood Education * willing to complete any training necessary * be certified in Standard First Aid and CPR * be able to obtain a clear criminal record check for the Vulnerable Sector * be able to obtain a clear prior contact check with the Department of Social Development, and will possess the following personal and professional values, traits and characteristics: * passion and commitment to the field of early learning and childcare * dedication to providing the highest quality learning and care for all children, in an inclusive environment * the ability to communicate, effectively, with both young children and their parents and other family members * honesty, loyalty, sincerity, and trust-worthiness * a great work ethic and lots of initiative * reliable and able to show up to work when expected Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.90-$24.37 per hour Benefits:
