Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a nurturing, supportive, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and play. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and the community to support each child's growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with emergent curriculum and the interests of the children. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community. Create and display documentation of childrens learning as required. Care for children within the daily routine, assisting with toileting, dressing, and feeding as required.

Skills

Strong background in early childhood education (minimum 1 year experience). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, families, and staff. Strong organizational and planning skills to manage classroom activities effectively. Leadership qualities to guide students in their learning journey while fostering independence. Flexibility and adaptability to work within an ever-changing environment. An ideal candidate will be a team player who can effectively work within multiple classrooms and groups. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
