Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative, educational lesson plans tailored to the developmental levels of children in your care
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance
Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and behavioral observations
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure cohesive support for each child's growth
Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions, meal times, and rest periods
Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
Demonstrate leadership by guiding assistant staff or volunteers when necessary
Uphold all safety standards and regulations related to childcare and early childhood education
Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young children
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
Classroom experience demonstrating organizational skills, time management, and leadership capabilities
Familiarity with computer operation for documentation, lesson planning, and communication tools
