What you'll do



Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management strategies. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any special education needs. Utilize early intervention techniques to help children overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Conduct assessments, including standardized testing, to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide individualized tutoring sessions to enhance learning outcomes for all students. Ensure the safety and well-being of children through attentive toddler care and adherence to child welfare standards. Maintain organized classroom management practices that encourage exploration and discovery.

Basic qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.

Preferred qualifications



Strong background in curriculum development with an emphasis on Montessori methods. Experience with childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
