Your Role

Assist the Montessori Guide in implementing the Montessori curriculum and daily classroom activities Support children aged 3-6 in their learning, fostering independence, confidence, and curiosity Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment Observe and document children's development and behavior Communicate respectfully and effectively with children, families, and colleagues Collaborate as part of a professional teaching team Participate in staff training and professional growth opportunities

What You Bring

Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate

(required)

Montessori Assistant certificate

(AMI preferred) Experience or interest in Montessori education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Warm, compassionate, and professional demeanor Team-oriented attitude and a growth mindset Current First Aid Certification Proof of vaccinations and immunization status Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Pay: $22.58-$24.58 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
