Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a love for teaching, and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development. Maintain organized classroom records and documentation of children's activities and progress. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Experience

Early Childhood Education certificate is required. Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Strong leadership abilities to guide children effectively in their learning journey. Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently. Proficiency in English Demonstrated time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively. Experience in writing lesson plans and educational materials is beneficial.
