Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Educators (Levels 1, 2, & 3) Pense Daycare Centre Inc.

Pense, SK Pense Daycare Centre Inc. is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new facility!

We are building a passionate and dedicated team and are seeking multiple qualified Early Childhood Educators to join us in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in our care. Start Date: February 2, 2026 (Centre Opening Date)

Positions Available: Multiple, across ECE Levels 1, 2, & 3

& Key Expectations As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational programming based on the principles of child development. Your specific duties will vary based on your ECE level and assigned role, but core responsibilities include:

Programming & Curriculum

? Develop and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences that align with recognized early learning frameworks.

? Create a stimulating and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence.

? Observe and document children's development, interests, and progress, using this information to inform future planning. II.

Child Care & Supervision

? Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to all licensing regulations and safety procedures.

? Maintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and respected.

? Assist children with daily routines, including meals, snacks, toileting/diapering, and rest periods, promoting self-help skills. III. Communication & Collaboration

? Establish open, professional, and positive communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress.

? Collaborate effectively with co-workers and the Centre Director to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive team environment.

? Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and training opportunities.

Administrative & Regulatory

? Maintain accurate and confidential records (e.g., attendance, incident reports, medication logs).

? Adhere strictly to the Saskatchewan Child Care Act and Regulations.

? Maintain ECE certification at the required level and keep qualifications current.

? Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions.

? A positive, 'can-do' attitude, willing to share responsibilities, adapt to changing schedules or needs, and actively support colleagues.

? The ability to proactively identify needs within the classroom (materials, support, behaviour management) and respond appropriately without constant direction

Qualifications:

? Required: Valid Early Childhood Educator Certification from the Province of Saskatchewan (Level 1, 2, or 3).

? Required: Current criminal record check and vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain immediately).

? Required: Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).

? Required: Reliable transportation
