Level 2 & 3 Educators required to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about child development and is looking to contributing to our growth journey. The ideal candidate will be excited about supporting the growth and development of young children in a safe, nurturing environment. The Daycare Educator will work closely with children ages 6 months to 6 years to foster their emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play, activities, and structured learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

:

Child Supervision & Care

: Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Learning Activities

: Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including arts and crafts, reading, singing, and interactive play to promote the children's learning and development.

Child Development

: Observe and document each child's progress, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical milestones, and share feedback with parents.

Behavior Management

: Use positive discipline techniques to guide and support children's behavior, ensuring a respectful and cooperative classroom environment.

Communication

: Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns.

Health & Safety

: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the daycare environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and providing basic first aid when necessary.

Team Collaboration

: Work collaboratively with other daycare educators and staff to ensure smooth operations and provide a cohesive experience for children.

Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred). Experience in a daycare, preschool, or related setting. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities. Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain) Certification for Level 1 & 2 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children.

Physical Requirements

:

Ability to lift and carry children (up to 15 kgs). Ability to be on your feet for long periods. Comfortable with outdoor play and activities in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Benefits [if applicable], including [healthcare, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.].

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
