We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. This position requires candidates to follow a Classical Education curriculum which is a combination of teaching guided learning activities and experiences, alongside play. We do not follow the Emergent/FLIGHT Curriculum.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity among children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and support each child's development.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's growth and development.
Manage classroom activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating in learning experiences.
Utilize effective time management skills to balance instructional time with play and rest periods.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational program.
Support children with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents that occur in the classroom.
Experience
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
MUST already be a level 1, 2 or level 3
Experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire young learners.
Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes.
Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, enabling the teacher to cater to diverse learning needs within the classroom.
