We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. You will implement educational programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in creating a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery. Observe and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant documentation. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special needs or disabilities.

Skills

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to balance lesson planning, teaching, and administrative tasks. Experience in childcare settings with a focus on early childhood education principles. Knowledge of special education practices to support children with diverse learning needs. Leadership qualities to guide students in their learning journey while fostering teamwork among staff members.
