We currently have over 150 childcares centres across Canada & the USA and are constantly expanding; come and grow within the company!

Responsibilities:

Maintain documentation, reporting and record keeping Implement a Reggio Emilia approach to learning Support children's emotional, physical, or behavioural well being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills Maintain attendance, and health and safety checks Work with professionals, such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as necessary Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops

Specifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with children, parents and co-workers. Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation, reporting, and classroom operations Strong collaborator and team player Ability to take initiative in and out of the classroom Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

British Columbia ECE License Criminal Record Check Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Immunizations up to date Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds
