Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2or 3 Early Childhood Educator to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners, including children with disabilities. This role involves planning and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in accordance with curriculum standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity, curiosity, and learning in young children Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to active learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities

Requirements

Level 2 or 3 Certification Valid and Clear Police Check with Vulnerable Sector First Aid Certification Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related environments Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development theories, and best practices Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
