Tache Early Learning Centre is currently hiring passionate and dedicated educators to join our team.
We are currently looking to fill a certified Early Childhood Educator role as a team leader in a program. We are looking for individuals who are:

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of children attendance, assessments, and other documentation as required.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and others regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends and practices.
Skills
Strong background in childcare, early childhood education, or special education.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
Leadership abilities to guide students and early childhood assistants in their learning journey.
Basic computer skills for record keeping and lesson planning purposes.
Writing skills for creating reports, lesson plans, and communication materials.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
ECE11 or ECE111 Certificate obtained in Manitoba.
Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
Clear Criminal Record Check.
Clear Child Abuse Registry Check.
Fluent in English.
