We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support each child's growth and development. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. Collaborate with special education professionals to provide tailored support for children with disabilities. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and classroom activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Utilize computer skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes. Demonstrate leadership in the classroom by guiding assistants or volunteers as needed.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.. Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records efficiently. Time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks effectively. Classroom experience that demonstrates effective teaching methods and engagement strategies. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in students while fostering a collaborative environment. Pay: $16.00-$27.68 per hour
