Responsibilities:
Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to children's development Foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth Maintain accurate documentation and health/safety checks Support classroom transitions and daily routines Collaborate with external specialists (Speech, Occupational Therapists, etc.) Attend team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
Valid Albert ECE License Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
