Job Description

Lethbridge Montessori School is accepting applications for an early childhood educator to join our team.

Position Details:



Candidates must be able to work full time Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:



Responsible for the health, welfare and safety of children

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Work as part of a team with early childhood educators

Qualifications:



Must hold an Alberta Child Care Qualification Certificate (minimum Level 1)

Valid criminal record check, including the vulnerable sector search

Experience working with children

Experience/knowledge around working in a Montessori environment is an asset; willingness and openness to learn more about this approach is required

Excellent time management and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
