About the Role
As an ECE at Adventureland, you'll help create a caring, inclusive, and engaging environment. You'll plan meaningful activities, support routines, communicate with families, and help make each day exciting for our children. You'll also work closely with a team that values kindness, collaboration, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Plan activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
Observe and document children's progress through our mobile app
Communicate regularly with families in a warm, professional way
Collaborate with team members and meet licensing expectations
Support daily routines like meals, transitions, and outdoor play
What We're Looking For
? Alberta ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 (or willing to obtain)
? A growth mindset and a desire to excel in your ECE career
? Someone reliable, caring, and ready to be part of a team
? Current First Aid/CPR
? Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
? Experience in childcare is an asset
? Strong communication skills and a genuine love for children
