We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a nurturing and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, supporting their development, and ensuring their safety while engaging them in age-appropriate activities. Experience with children, particularly those with disabilities, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe and engaging environment. Educate children through structured activities that promote learning and development. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Create lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other daily activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving or working with children is essential. A background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured learning. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young learners. Knowledge of best practices in child development and classroom management. Ability to adapt activities for children with varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
