We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Observe and assess children's developmental progress, maintaining detailed records Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing additional assistance Promote social-emotional development by encouraging cooperation, sharing, and conflict resolution Maintain organized classroom materials and ensure compliance with safety regulations Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices

Skills

Proficiency in English Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings Current Saskatchewan Child care Level or willing to obtain soon Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members Ability to adapt teaching strategies for children with special needs or disabilities Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation Leadership qualities to guide children's learning experiences and collaborate with staff
Must Haves

Current Saskatchewan Child care Level or willing to obtain soon Valid First Aid and Cpr or willing to obtain Current Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.35-$28.31 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 40 per week
