Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with children, families, and colleagues to support each child's unique needs and ensure a positive educational experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess children's developmental progress, maintaining detailed records. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with team members to plan activities that support diverse learning styles, including those of children with disabilities or special needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and supplies. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education practices.

Qualifications

Level 1, 2 or 3 ECE Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.64-$29.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
