Responsibilities

Plan and implement educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Collaborate with parents and team members to support each child's needs. Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records. Incorporate bilingual instruction to enhance language development. Support children with special needs or disabilities as part of an inclusive approach. Maintain classroom organization and manage daily routines efficiently. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare. Level 2 or 3 is required Strong communication and organizational skills. Criminal Record and Vulnerable sector Check required First Aid Certification Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Passion for working with children and supporting their growth. Certification in early childhood education or related field is advantageous. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Experience with the Alberta Curriculum Flight Dedication to nurturing young learners makes them an ideal candidate for this rewarding role.
