We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support student progress Assess individual student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Incorporate special education techniques when working with children with disabilities or special needs Maintain accurate records of student development and classroom activities Manage classroom behavior using leadership and organizational skills Collaborate with team members to plan activities that promote social skills, creativity, and learning engagement Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times within the classroom setting

Experience

Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--are essential for engaging with children, parents, and team members Proven leadership qualities with the ability to organize activities and manage classroom dynamics effectively Experience in teaching or childcare roles that highlight patience, creativity, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$29.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
