Requirements:

A valid ECE and IT certificate Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C & AED certificate An up-to-date immunization record Minimum 1 year working experience in the field Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Job Duties:

Help children develop a passion for learning Approach children's first learning years with enthusiasm and dedication Enable children to have fun all day, regardless of whether they are playing or learning Prepare children academically and socially for school Encourage and support each child, bond with each child, and provide them with a nurturing and stable environment Promote each child's individuality and self-esteem Support the parents as well as the children Encourage children, parents and staff to develop lasting and meaningful friendships with one another and help all parents participate in their child's education Design activities for learning, playing, and skills developing etc. Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports

Wage Enhancement is not included in the salary in this post and you will receive additional $6/ hour for BC Wage Enhancement.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
