Our team is looking for an Experienced Early Childhood Educator specializing in Infants and Toddlers! What you'll do

Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among children. Conduct regular assessments to track developmental milestones and adjust lesson plans accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to share insights on child progress and strategies for at-home support. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Integrate literacy education into daily activities to enhance language development. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Background in special education or early intervention strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches is a plus. Knowledge of standardized testing practices related to early childhood education.
