Job Overview:
As an Early Childhood Educator at Royal York Childcare Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to families within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You will be responsible for educating and nurturing children aged 1-4 years old.

Duties:
- Educate and engage children in various learning activities to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Implement computerized learning tools to enhance the educational experience for young learners.
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters early childhood education and growth.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in planning and executing age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Utilize previous experience working with children to provide attentive and compassionate childcare.
- Manage time effectively to balance teaching responsibilities and classroom management.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure continuity between home and childcare settings.

Experience:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both children and parents effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in time management and classroom organization.
