Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated and certified Infant Toddler Educator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves educating children in their formative years, focusing on their emotional, social, and cognitive development. The ECE-IT will collaborate with parents and staff to create an inclusive learning atmosphere that supports all children, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Educate children on basic academic skills, social skills, and emotional regulation. Utilize effective time management skills to ensure smooth classroom operations. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs or working persons with disabilities. Lead classroom activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Encourage bilingual communication when necessary to support diverse learners. Utilize computerized tools for lesson planning and record keeping.

Qualifications

Must possess an Infant Toddler Educator certificate to practice Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience working with children with special education needs is highly desirable. Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with parents and staff. Time management skills to balance various responsibilities within the classroom setting. Comfortability with parents is necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
