New Beginnings Early Years Center, located in Lake Country, BC, is looking for an

experienced Early Childhood Educator and an experienced Infant Toddler Educator

to join our Infant Toddler Classrooms. We now have two locations in Lake Country and continue to grow and provide staff with opportunities for professional growth.

Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate Educators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with young children, a background in early childhood education, and a genuine desire to educate and nurture young minds.

Duties:

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early educational standards
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Mentor junior staff and set standards for program excellence
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ECE or IT Educator is essential

- BC ECE or IT Certification is Mandatory

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Valid Emergency First Aid Certification for Child Care as per Child Care Regulations

- Criminal Record check required

- 3 references

- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds using proper technique to ensure healthy back

Position Details:
