R.H.S. Child Care Inc. is searching for an Early Childhood Educator II to join our centre working as Team Leader in our Nursery/Kindergarten Program.

The Nursery/Kinder Team Leader oversees the overall functioning of the program, ensuring it aligns with RHS Child Care policies and ELCC best practices. The role includes managing daily routines for 17 children ages 4 & 5, supporting staff collaboration, and maintain communication with families and the school. The Team Leader implements emergent, play-based programming that fosters development, inclusion and school readiness. They also handle documentation, lead team meetings, ensure safety and smooth transitions, and maintain strong relationships with families and community partners.

Requirements & Qualifications:

*ECE II qualifications

*2 years previous child care experience in a licensed facility

*Valid First Aid/CPR Training

*Current Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Check, either

completed or willing to provide upon hire.
