About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the developmental foundation of young children. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based and hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement lesson plans aligned based on emergent curriculum Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment. Support children's learning through play, creativity, and structured activities. Monitor and assess children's development and provide regular feedback to families. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance programming and share best practices. Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members. Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and developmental milestones. Utilize technology for planning, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications & Experience

Early Childhood Education certification (Level 1 or higher). Trainee Level may be considered if enrolled in a recognized program. Clear Code of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check. Current First Aid and CPR Certification. Up-to-date immunization record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.06-$35.09 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
