Jilly Beans is an Early Learning Center for children ages 2-10 in Hanwell. We use a nature-based learning approach where a large portion of our days are spent outside exploring, learning, and playing in nature.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator to join our amazing team. If you have a true passion for children and understand the importance and value in outdoor leaning - then we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement the NB Curriculum Framework.
Provide a fun and inviting environment with many nature based activities.
Encourage and develop positive relationships with children.
Observe and document children's learning experiences.
Ensure safety, health, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Communicate effectively with families.
Qualifications
Early Childhood Education certificate preferred .
Current First Aid with CPR-C
Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Passion for outdoor education and child-led learning.
