Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Educate children through a variety of activities, including play, storytelling, and hands-on learning. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Utilize computer operation skills to maintain records and communicate effectively with staff and families. Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus; Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting purposes. Familiarity with computerised systems for record keeping and lesson planning. A compassionate approach towards teaching children, especially those with disabilities or special needs. Ability to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all students.
