We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote positive relationships. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Encourage social interaction and teamwork among students through group activities. Maintain organized records of children's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple responsibilities. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children and adults alike. A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development. Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
