We are currently hiring

Early Childhood Educators (Level 1, 2, or 3)

to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities Provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for children Support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through play-based learning Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and needs Observe and document each child's development, attendance, and behavior Collaborate with fellow educators to build a positive and inclusive classroom culture Ensure the learning environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications:

Valid Alberta Childcare Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) -

mandatory

Previous experience working in early childhood education or daycare preferred Strong classroom management and leadership skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with basic computer use for documentation and administrative tasks Excellent time management and organizational abilities
