Our location:

We are located on a large parcel of land in the Heritage Valley neighbourhood, surrounded by nature and a pond for ample adventures with the children.

We are looking for a full time educator for our program.

Educator - Level 2 or 3

Your skills and abilities include:

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Good communications skills

- Observing children for interests and needs

- Meet the needs of children individually and in small group

- Contribution to program planning and collaboration with colleagues

- Follow all Early Learning and Child Care Regulations

- Build relationships with the families at the centre

- Desire and ability to engage in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

- ECE Level 2 or 3 (required)

- ECE Level 1 is acceptable if the educator has Infant Room experience

- Current criminal record check with vulnerable sector check (required)

- First aid certificate (required)

- Reliable transportation

- Minimum 1 year experience working in a child care centre.

- Infant room experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.64-$26.62 per hour
