We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and support each child's growth.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring inclusivity in all activities.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
Proficient in English
Strong background in childcare, including experience working with children of various ages.
Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records.
Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively within a busy classroom setting.
Leadership qualities to guide students in their learning journey while fostering independence.
Computer skills for administrative tasks such as lesson planning, record keeping, and communication.
