Early Childhood Educator

Permanent Full-Time

Wage: $17.15 - 25.77/hour, depending on level (including Alberta Government wage top-up on all hours)

The Wainwright Military Family Resource Centre (WMFRC) is seeking an individual for full-time employment in our childcare centre. The individual in this position will work as part of a team to plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 18 months - 12 years old.

Position Requirements

Current Alberta Child Care Level 1; or willingness to obtain through a free online course; or Level 2/3 Certification Current First Aid Certification; or the willingness and commitment to obtain certification within three months Satisfactory Intervention Record Check and Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
Assets

Fluency in both English and French, oral and written Experience with the Canadian Armed Forces community Knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations
