Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships.
Manage classroom activities and maintain organization to ensure a smooth flow of daily routines.
Lead activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the educational experience.
Experience
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Leadership qualities to guide students in their learning journey while fostering independence.
Proficiency in communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.

Pay: $18.80-$30.81 per hour
