We are currently seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our CASA Classroom (3 years to school age).
Please note: We are seeking candidates with a valid B.C. Early Childhood Educator(ECE) Certificate and previous Montessori classroom experience.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:
B.C. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate (required)
Montessori training and/or classroom experience
Experience supporting a lead Montessori guide in a CASA/Primary classroom
Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
Ability to nurture independence, respect, and community in young children
Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
Professional, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
