ECE to join our OSC Team in a FULL TIME position. (35-40hrs) Each day you will connect with children, nature, and community, and will be responsible for creating a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for children ages 3-7.

Responsibilities:

- Play and Engage with all children in care
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and development
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications

Experience

working with children in an educational setting Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Fluency in English Strong organizational skills to create and maintain a stimulating learning environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
