Duties

Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication. Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning needs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and individual progress. Organize classroom activities that promote social skills, creativity, and critical thinking. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Skills

Proficiency in English Strong background in childcare and early childhood education.level 2 or 3 Experience working with children, including those with special needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and staff. Proficient computer skills for classroom management and lesson planning. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records efficiently. Leadership abilities to guide students in their learning journey. Effective time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks. Writing skills for preparing reports, lesson plans, and communicating with families.
