Job Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing quality education and care while promoting positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Duties



Plan and implement enriched programs aligned with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practices, and the daycare's philosophy. Guide, demonstrate, and encourage children's activities throughout the day. Take a leadership role in the classroom, ensuring excellent supervision and meaningful interactions with children at all times. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children through play-based learning activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and classroom activities. Foster open communication and collaborate effectively with families, team members, and management. Exercise sound judgment and initiative in identifying and addressing program deficiencies. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and commitment to the well-being of the children. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.

Requirements



Early Childhood Educator Level 1,2,3 Criminal Record Check CPR and First Aid Certification Basic Food Handling Certification Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$27.24 per hour
