Job Summary

Endless ABC Daycare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment. This role requires effective communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and children. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for implementing educational programs that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning requirements. Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences and maintain organized records of student progress. Promote social skills through group activities and encourage positive interactions among students. Provide leadership within the classroom by mentoring assistant teachers or volunteers as needed.

Experience

Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or related field is required; additional qualifications in special education are a plus. Strong written communication skills for documenting student progress and communicating with parents. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills can enhance communication with diverse families. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
