We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements. Provide individualized support to children with special needs or working persons with disabilities, ensuring inclusive practices are upheld. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.

Requirements

Level 3 or 2 or 1 CPR certificate Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families. Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial for supporting all learners effectively. Strong leadership qualities to guide classroom activities and foster teamwork among staff. Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and lesson planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
