Beddington Heights Before and After School Program is a dynamic, fast-paced, recreation-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality childcare to our local community. We foster a fun and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and explore their interests.

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional care for school-age children.

Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate activities and lessons Maintain a safe and nurturing environment Supervise children during play and mealtimes Communicate effectively with parents and staff Adhere to all licensing and regulatory requirements Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and reporting

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Educator Certificate (preferred, not required) First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred, not required) Clear Police Security Clearance Must be 18 years old Physically fit to lift/ carry up to 30 lbs as we are a full takedown program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift Schedules:

Am shift 6:45-9:00 am

Pm shift 2:15-6:00 pm

Full-time shifts available on Fridays or any days the children are off school. This is not every day.
