We're a small daycare looking for one level three early childhood educator to work Monday to Friday at our Bowness location. ***PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE YOUR LEVEL 3 ECE CERTIFICATION*** Our age groups are 20 months - 6 years though the majority of children will be 3-4 years old. We currently have three children in diapers however are moving towards only accepting children that are potty trained or have made good progress potty training.Including top-up pay, wage is $23.62/hr.Need someone for a 6.5 hour Monday-Friday shift, 6:30AM - 1:00PM.We don't require mask wearing indoors.Laid back atmosphere, minimal lesson planning required.To learn more about us and our childcare philosophy, please visit our website. • Open and close the facility. Clean and disinfect toys/surfaces.

• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play

• Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers.

• Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.

• Read books to entire classes or to small groups.

• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.

• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

• Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.

• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.

• Maintain accurate and complete student records.
