Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Bragg Creek. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of providing enriching outdoor learning experiences for young children, ensuring their holistic development and well-being.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the FLIGHT curriculum. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and learn. Facilitate outdoor play-based activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's individual needs. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. Work as part of a dedicated team committed to high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

Level 1, 2 or 3. Experience working with young children in a childcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all children.
