Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role involves engaging with children, developing lesson plans, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development.

Duties

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction. Assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records of their growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Strong communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and leadership qualities are required. Proficient computer skills for classroom operation and documentation purposes. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
