We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all students.
Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting teaching methods and materials accordingly.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant documentation.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy classroom environment.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate young learners.
Familiarity with special education practices is advantageous.
Proficient computer skills for classroom management and communication purposes.
