Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator ready to lead and inspire? Wee Care Daycare is seeking a dedicated

Early Childhood Director

to oversee our Wee Care Daycare Program. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a drive to support children, families, and educators alike.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide leadership, coaching, and support to educators and team members Oversee staff scheduling and support team collaboration Manage program registration and ensure regulatory compliance Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate programming Mentor and support new and recent ECE graduates Provide guidance for children with diverse and challenging behaviours Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

Qualifications:



Alberta Child Care Certification:

Level 3 (Child Development Supervisor)

Minimum

3 years experience

working a leadership or supervisory role within a licensed childcare setting (required) Proven

supervisory and leadership experience

Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills Valid First Aid in Child Care Knowledge of licensing standards and inclusive care practices
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.62 per hour
