We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children in a nurturing classroom environment. Duties
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities that promote learning and development.
Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Support children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and positive interactions with peers.
Engage with children through play, educational games, and hands-on activities to stimulate their curiosity and creativity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
Experience
Previous experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred.
Familiarity with working with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage young learners.
Ability to create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood education practices.
